F2 Kit

The F2 sequencing kits contain all the reagents needed to run the G4 Platform, including rapid SBS reagents in 100, 200 and 300 cycle configurations, wash buffer, sample cartridge, and a 200 million read output flow cell. Kits can be purchased in sets of 1 or 4.

Reagent Configuration1 Run Time2 Paired Reads / Flow Cell3 Paired Reads / Run3 Quality4
100 cycles ~11 hours 200M 800M >85% bases ≥ Q30
200 cycles ~15 hours
300 cycles ~19 hours

1Reagents include 50 additional cycles above what is represented to account for index sequencing needs.

2Run time is measured from run start through clustering, sequencing, and instrument wash for non-indexed reads.

3Paired reads passing filter for F2 and F3 are dependent on application and read length.

4Performance metrics may be impacted by application, sample quality, library preparation, loading concentration, and other sequencing considerations. Metrics as generated on reference bacterial and human genomes.

F3 Kit

The F3 sequencing kits contain all the reagents needed to run the G4 Platform, including rapid SBS reagents in 50, 100, 200 and 300 cycle configurations, wash buffer, sample cartridge, and a 400 million read output flow cell. Kits can be purchased in sets of 1 or 4.

Reagent Configuration1 Run Time2 Paired Reads / Flow Cell3 Paired Reads / Run3 Quality4
50 cycles ~11 hours 400M 1,600M >85% bases ≥ Q30
100 cycles ~14 hours
200 cycles ~19 hours
300 cycles ~24 hours
